How to spot a nurse recruitment agent you should not pay
Eight checks to run before you pay a recruitment agent for a nursing job abroad, and the warning signs that mean you should stop and verify first.
Training and readiness for healthcare, IT and finance careers

We bring candidates to selected programmes. You deliver the training. We share the training fees on the candidates we refer, and the institute does not pay B&M.

The model
Institutes spend a lot on finding the right learners. We refer candidates who are matched to your programme, and we share the training fee on those candidates. You do not pay B&M anything. If we do not refer a candidate, there is nothing to share.

What we look for
We would rather refer a few well, than many badly.
A programme with defined content, assessment and what a graduate can do.
No guaranteed jobs or visas in your promotional material for the candidates we refer.
Reasonable fees, clear refund terms and no pressure tactics.
The process
Programmes, trainers, cohort size and how you assess learners.
We look at content, outcomes and candidate feedback channels together.
The fee-share and reporting are written, and signed before any referral.
We refer matched candidates, and you report enrolments and completions.
B&M works with institutes and licensed recruitment agents. Abroad, the placement itself is always done by the agents.
The partner network
We do not list partner names on this site until each partner has agreed to it.
Deliver the training for nurses, IT and finance tracks. Referred candidates are matched to your programmes.
Licensed agents in India, the Philippines and Germany place trained candidates abroad. See for RAs and employers.
