Training and readiness for healthcare, IT and finance careers

Home / RAs and employers

For recruitment agents, hospitals, nursing homes and corporates

Candidates who have been trained for the job, assessed and documented before you interview them. Clear roles for everyone, and no promises we cannot keep.

Two ways to work with us

Choose how you want to engage

Recruitment agents (RAs)

You are licensed to place candidates abroad. We prepare candidates for your employer's requirements, then introduce them to you.

  • Candidates trained for named job clusters and licensing routes
  • A readiness assessment and a complete document set per candidate
  • We verify your registration (eMigrate, DMW or equivalent) before any introduction
  • You stay fully responsible for placement, contracts and compliance

Hospitals, nursing homes and corporates

You hire through licensed channels. We can prepare candidates for your standards, or discuss training that you fund.

  • Role-specific preparation for nurses, IT and finance roles
  • Employer-funded tiered nurse training (see below)
  • No direct hospital placement, and no employer-of-record service
  • Contracts and hiring remain between you and the licensed agent or your own HR

B&M is the training and readiness layer. Placement abroad stays with licensed agents, and we place in India only.

The process

What a working relationship looks like

  1. Introduce yourselves

Share your requirements: roles, country, licensing route and the standards you expect.

  2. Verify both ways

You can check us. We check your registration, and we ask for the demand letter details on any role.

  3. Prepare candidates

We train to your stated requirements and keep the document set complete.

  4. Hand over

You receive an assessed candidate with documents, and carry out your own interview and selection.

Partner with us

Employer-funded tiered nurse training

We would like to build tiered training programmes for nurses that an employer funds, so that candidates arrive prepared for that employer's standards. This is a model we want to build with the right partners. It is not a programme that is running today.

  • Tiers can match different starting levels and target roles
  • Design, duration and cost are agreed together and are To be verified
  • Placement and contracts stay with licensed channels

Our compliance stance

What we will and will not do

You will know where we stand before the first call.

We will

  • Work only with licensed and registered agents
  • Tell candidates they must verify every agent and offer themselves
  • Keep all candidate documents with the candidate
  • Refuse any arrangement that charges candidates unlawful fees

We will not

  • Place anyone abroad directly
  • Act as an employer of record
  • Promise visas, licences or jobs
  • Accept candidates' passports or originals

See Ministry of External Affairs (India), Recruiting Agents (RAs) and Ministry of External Affairs (India), Complaints against Recruiting Agents (FAQ).
